1. All Sales Final on Opened Products

For safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Unopened Products

Unopened products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product remains sealed, unused, and in original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
