  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable national carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery.

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected delivery speed


3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Pure Life Pet Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Additional shipping fees required for re-shipment

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pure Life Pet Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Significantly delayed

Please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. You may also contact our support team, and we will assist when possible.


6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Submit clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will review the claim and determine eligibility for replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Temperature & Product Integrity

Certain peptide products may require proper storage conditions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Promptly retrieving packages upon delivery

  • Storing products according to labeled instructions

We are not responsible for product degradation due to:

  • Delayed retrieval

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Extreme weather conditions once delivered


8. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations.

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, or confiscated by customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations prior to ordering.


9. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
